Henri has a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA)  and more than 35 years of experience in contract management & negotiation, business management, and sales.  Early in 2001, Henri and her husband, Bert, started purchasing homes for renovation and then rental or resale.  After several years of investing, they decided to pursue their passion for real estate full time and earned their Virginia real estate licenses.  In 2014, Henri took the additional step of earning her Virginia broker's license. 

Bert and Henri established The Henri Ellis Team in 2004 with the goal of helping buyers and sellers navigate the challenging real estate market and achieve their personal home ownership dreams.  In 2011, they decided to expand their Team with additional members who share their passion for providing real estate services - and real estate guidance -  to families throughout the United States.  

Henri and her Team have participated in more than 1000 home sales in the last eighteen years.  Team Members have expertise in working with military families, first-time homebuyers, corporate relocation sales, retirement homes, short sales & foreclosures, investment properties, and the luxury homes market.
